The family of the resident is very important to Carleton Manor and we want to emphasize the importance of family involvement in care. We welcome children of all ages. If the resident likes animals, we encourage their visit as well. Animals are to be restrained by means of a leash. We also encourage family input into ways we can improve care for the resident.

We encourage family members to discuss concerns and plans with the Case Manager, Director of Nursing or Administrator at anytime.  

Families and the staff of Carleton Manor are a team, working together to meet our residents’ needs. Your participation, knowledge, advice and support are invaluable. Together, our focus is to make our Home truly Home. Families and their appointees are welcome to assist in meeting the personal care needs of the resident as well as provide assistance at mealtime.
